The Art of Infrared Roasting
We know that great tasting coffee is only as good as the quality of beans that are used, the roasting method that is applied, and artisan skill that is invested. We use the highest quality beans, AA Arabica, and we utilize infrared roasting rather than the conventional method of roasting.
We believe that to make the perfect cup of coffee there must be a balance and synergy between the science and art of roasting coffee. We choose to roast our coffee using infrared roasters because they not only allow us to maintain the quality, integrity and consistency of flavor throughout each batch we roast, but also allow us to closely monitor and actively interact with the process and embed our artisan sensibilities.
